Who is NORA suitable for?

NORA is ideal for households with stable electricity and basic charging needs. It’s also a great option for people who travel frequently or need flexible charging at multiple locations.
How can I control the NORA wallbox?

You can manage it through the RAEDIAN app—monitor charging sessions, adjust power, schedule charging times, and start or stop charging remotely.
Will NORA overload my home’s electricity?

No worries. NORA features Flexible Load Protection, which automatically adjusts the charging power based on your home’s available capacity to avoid overloads or tripping.
Can I use NORA with my home solar system?

Yes. Just pair it with the Air DLM kit and NORA can prioritize solar power for charging, helping you save energy and increase the use of green electricity.
Is installation complicated? Do I need an electrician?

It depends on the version you choose:

Hardwire version (1.8m cable) should be installed by a licensed electrician.

CEE plug version can be plugged directly into an existing CEE socket at home.
If you use it at different locations, we recommend the CEE adapter kit to match different power settings.
What charging modes does NORA support?

NORA supports plug & charge, scheduled charging, RFID card start, and app-controlled charging—ideal for both individuals and shared households.
Is NORA compatible with all EVs in Europe?

Yes. It comes with a Type 2 connector and works with all EU-standard electric vehicles.
Can I track electricity usage?

Yes. Through the RAEDIAN app or backend system, you can review charging data, including power usage, time, and estimated cost—great for household budgeting or reimbursement.
What versions of NORA are available?

You can choose:

Charging power: 7kW / 11kW / 22kW

Connection type: hardwire or CEE

Interface: cable version (with tethered cable) or socket version
NORA does not include shutter protection—please check local regulations if required.
It’s so compact—does that mean it charges slowly?

Not at all. Despite its small size, NORA supports up to 22kW of three-phase charging, offering fast and efficient charging for everyday use.
